Refund policy
We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the cigars you purchased arrive damaged or you receive the wrong item. If you receive damaged/incorrect cigars, please contact us at info@mkcigars.com with complete details and pictures of the damaged product(s) within 24 hours of delivery - we cannot make exceptions.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@mkcigars.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Accessories
If you are not entirely delighted with the product that you have chosen, you may return it to us within 2 weeks of receipt. We will be happy to offer you exchange or, at our option, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging.
If we determine that a refund is in order, we will refund you for the cost of the returned products less the shipping and handling fees. The refund will be made in the same form as your payment. For all returns, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.

We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty.
