Order Processing

• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and verified.

• Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

• During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping

We ship internationally where permitted by law.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information (where available).

Countries We Do Not Ship Tobacco Products To

Due to local laws, regulations, or shipping restrictions, we do not ship cigars or any tobacco products to the following countries:

• United States (USA)

• Canada

• France

• Italy

• Greece

• India

• Vietnam

• Turkey

• Norway

• Finland

• Hungary

• Sweden

• Ukraine

• Latvia

• Luxembourg

• Portugal

• Russia

• Slovakia

• South Africa

• Switzerland

Orders containing tobacco products destined for any of these countries will be cancelled and refunded (less any non-refundable payment processing fees, if applicable).

Please note that non-tobacco accessories may still be available for shipment to certain restricted countries, subject to local laws and carrier restrictions.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, excise taxes, or other government fees imposed by your country.

All customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and any other charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

MK Cigars has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Failure to pay customs charges may result in delays, returned shipments, or confiscation by customs authorities. Refunds will not be issued for orders refused, abandoned, or confiscated due to unpaid customs fees or import restrictions.

Import Regulations

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the products ordered are legal to import into their country. By placing an order, you confirm that you understand and accept your country's import laws and regulations.

MK Cigars is not responsible for products delayed, seized, confiscated, or destroyed by customs or other government authorities.

Age Restriction

By placing an order for cigars or other tobacco products, you confirm that you are of the legal smoking age in your country or jurisdiction. We reserve the right to cancel any order if age verification cannot be completed.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. MK Cigars is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us promptly with your order number and any supporting documentation so we can assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier where applicable.
